IrishSpace Project
"The year is AD 2050. Welcome to the story of the maiden voyage of the SS Jeanie Johnston, sailing out from Earth as her namesake sailed from Tralee 200 years before..."

The IrishSpace Project - was a volunteer effort by an ad hoc group which came together through the Internet. This group conceived, executed, and delivered an interactive space adventure for the children of Ireland. The program was installed at the Kerry County Museum in Tralee, County Kerry, as part of Ireland's first exhibition ever on Space Exploration. The blaxxun version uses Emblaze Java audio so no plugin is required (must have Java enabled in your browser) for listening to the fascinating account of the future-past astronauts in the year 2050. You can find the blaxxun version of Irish Space right now in the Cybertown Suburbs.

The VR Art Gallery will be open continuously. This eclectic display of beautiful, intriguing and sometimes horrifying art will be showcased till the end of November.
