Robert Blehert, born in St. Paul, Minnesota, began drawing at the age of
three, and was being commissioned for work while still in his teens. Having
thorough grounding in several techniques used by the Old Masters, he developed
primarly as a portrait artist. Robert is able to bring out the spirit of man
and nature around him, which so inspires him. It is this which he enjoys
