An innovative site designed to help teachers and students realize the full instructional potential of the Internet. It utilizes the vast resources of the Internet to help teachers teach and students learn.
One of the key features of CCCnet offerings is SuccessMaker Online which offers students interactive, interdisciplinary projects to work on collaboratively or individually. Students receive thematic instruction and, at the same time, learn to use the Internet as a valuable informational resource.
CCCnet also features Teacher Link, a place where teachers can discuss educational issues and exchange important information. It includes the Teacher's Lounge, a teacher-to-teacher chat room, the EdBuzz, a threaded discussion forum, and a Bulletin Board that carries important information about the world of education.

A great site, currently serving 200-400 teachers a day world-wide, over 100,000 in its first year.
The site is updated weekly and can provide loads of ideas and contacts for teachers at all levels. The content is quality because it comes from experienced teachers who have used the ideas in their own classrooms. Beginning teachers will find the classroom management material especially useful but the more experienced among us have a great deal to gain from this site as well.
