Go to the full-screen 3D VR Campus
(ignore the harmless error message) or,
Go to a smaller embedded 3D VR Campus
Whichever one you go to, for best results use the ALT key to adjust the image until you are at street level.
You will come across this red symbol at 7 places in the Campus. If you click on it, it will take you to the pages associated with specific buildings.
Another thing is that when you click on one of these hotlinks in the 3D Campus, the page you go to retains the palette of the VR and the background will look washed out. A temporary solution is to use ALT+TAB (in Windows) to make any other application (e.g. Newt) the main image and then minimize it. This will force the correct palette to return.
