CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

1. Old Business:The last meetings minutes were sent in to the CVN and posted on the Message Boards.
2. Teen Council:
Teen Leader dustin61287 had to leave the meeting early. Teen Council update will be moved to the next scheduled meeting.
3. C.E.R.B. update:
It was agreed that the C.E.R.B. representatives are showing themselves to be a very capable group and now that the beginning stages of getting underway are over, less input from the City Council will be needed.
4. Update from City Techs:
A message will be posted on the Colony Boards that any Tech problems must be submitted using the Problem Report Form so that the Techs are better able to track a problem and see how far reaching it is. Second party tech complaints will no longer be accepted. Only complaints from the original person will be looked into.
5. Security Update:
There is now a small anonymous group that will be operating in RL in regards to the investigating and reporting of the more serious online crimes to the RL authorities. The correct procedure for the handling of serious offenses were covered with the Council Members.
6. Security Update 2:
GORTz, Colony Leader from Mothership, is currently helping with the Security training for newer CDs. Colony Leaders will send names to him of those needing training. Thank you Gortz for stepping up to the plate.
