CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
21 June 2088Members present: Flyby, crashdummy, SDCTCHER, diverDestiny, GORTz, WhiteKnight24, Taz(proxy for ALASKALAB), Vialle.
Not present: ALASKALAB (represented by Taz), Jolinth.
1. Old Business:To increase Public exposure to what the City Council is working on, it was decided that in addition to being posted in the Daily News, the minutes will also be posted on all Colony Message Boards, the Feedback Board, Security and Council Board. In addition to keeping the citizens informed, it will also educate them regarding how proposals affect them and are developed.
2. C.E.R.B. candidate vote update:
Discussed and agreed to post the link to information on C.E.R.B. and requirements for voting on the Colony Boards as well as promoting C.E.R.B. throughout the city to inform the Citizens, generate interest, and encourage participation.
3. Colony funds update:
CLs and Security will submit their chosen names for their Funds box to Flyby. The Funds boxes should be in operation rather quickly after that.
4. Security Update:
a. There has been an increase in Illegal password requests. People are being cautioned not to give that, or any personal information out, and the Daily News is assisting by publishing the warning.
b. A list of bans will be published in the Daily News showing the offenses and bans for cases dealt with by Security during either a biweekly or monthly time period. Names will not be used. It is hoped that this will serve to remind citizens how hard Security works to keep Cybertown clean, plus make others think twice before acting against the Constitution.
5. Volunteer(s) for a City Wide event:
Council Member Lady_Liz/CL Entertainment, volunteered to assist on this years Ambassador Ball due in December.
