CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

1. Old Business:Minutes of last meeting were sent to CVN, Colony Boards updated.
2. C.E.R.B. update:
Mayor Flyby reported that the titles for the C.E.R.B. reps were ready, so he will place the titles and let them know by email. Council members all agreed that only cases dated September 25th or later would qualify for C.E.R.B. review. Flyby will choose which rep will be 'lead' C.E.R.B. to act as liaison.
3. Cyberhood Update:
Deciding that it's only fair for Cyberhood to have representation on the council, plans are being made to help this become fact. Although some may view this as a conflict of interest, Cyberhood is still a Colony of Cybertown and should be included in some of the governing systems and decision making policies.
4. Security Update:
Several members of security truly shined recently when a Cybertown resident, from Greece, told of his plans to bomb his school. Within minutes the IP address was known and the FBI informed. They, in turn, notified the Greek authorities. A special commendation email will be sent by Flyby to the Security staff involved. Those whose actions were above and beyond the call of duty were: PuttyKat, safari_gal, zephod.
5. A discussion on the recent immigration of German citizens and ways to help on the language barrier. More to follow.
