The Groups
_______________

There are a total of 6 groups at the start of Aftermath. This could expand to even more. The two most powerful groups are still the Loyalists and Thermidor's Vivomorphs. However, both have had groups spin off. The Neoloyalists are a spin-off right-wing group and the Morphs have splintered off into Morph Nation - a group that wants more democratic rule. The other two groups are Cyber Empire and the Terran Underground. Both the Morphs and the Loyalists must keep their spin-off groups as allies and at the same time compete for the support of the two new groups. This won't be easy. What kind of diplomacy will you use?

War Chest
_______________

The two main groups (Loyalists and Vivomorphs) will start out with 20,000 CC's and the other 4 new groups will get 15,000 CC's. This will come in very handy as each player will have to come up with a total of 5,000 CC's each. This will not happen all at once so you will have time to replenish your war chest. You must think of way to be creative to try and outfit your army. Remember, a citycash saved is a citycash earned and it won't hurt to beg a little too. All of your powers of creativity will come into play here.

Military Gear
_______________

The Cybertown Virtuator was under heavy stress in this last battle. Each player must furnish their own re-energizer pack. In addition to that you will need to purchase force field armor. The beamer is a safe weapon but there were some close calls. Everyone's safety is the highest priority. Because of the high number of aliases created in the last battle, we will have an identifier that will be traceable and placed in a player's backpack. They will have to purchase this item first and everyone will see where their true loyalty lies.

Treasury Council
_______________

Each team should have a Treasury Council which will decide how they manage their War Chest. It will not make sense to give away money to people you are not sure you can trust. Your council should also figure out ways to increase the war chest. The contest will provide some ways to win money so this is another way you can increase your accounts. There are also interests in town that will benefit by the war so they will likely contribute to your cause. The team that can best outfit an Army will have a better chance of winning because you cannot fight without the proper gear.

Weekly Missions
_______________

There will be weekly missions for each group. You will likely have to find items to help build your team's war chest. Each team's mission will be different. It will depend on what allies have been made and what your function is. There will be hidden and coded messages on the mission so read them very carefully. Good luck!
