Old Cybertown is the Portal to the best of the Earth's Internet ("EarthNet"). Since Cybertown joined forces with Colony City to become one as a more powerful entity, what was Colony City is now called Cybertown and what was called Cybertown is now Old Cybertown.
Over the next few time quadrants Old Cybertown will be fully integrated into Cybertown so bit by bit you'll notice sections of Old Cybertown disappearing and reappearing in Cybertown. In the meantime the Control Panel image below is your entrance to the portal and other parts of Old Cybertown. The Colonies button will take you directly to the new Cybertown which is where the citizens take up residence and interact in 3D in the Colonies.
