The following case is currently under review involving DustSpeck, CD Entertainment Colony, E! BYOIA Team Leader, World Builder, WBG Secretary. The Tribunal will review all evidence submitted and a final decision will be made. The following is a list of the violations she is accused of:
Bringing a private dispute into public chat, Chat disruption, Flooding, Inappropriate lyrics in chat, and 6 counts of rude and harassing chat.
After reviewing the complaints sent by a various Cybertown members it was determined her behavior in Cybertown was of a nature that contradicts the desired theme and violates the terms of service.
The lifetime ban was requested under section 2, subsections F (attempting to discredit another member), and H (spreading false information to create turmoil). Also Section 10 (Slander/Libel/Defamation/Extreme Harassment) found in the UBP http://www.cybertown.com/UBP2090.html
Her actions also may have violated statement 1 of the Constitution (In communicating to others in Cybertown a person must follow customary manners as they are followed in real life. This means don't insult other members, don't make statements that are grossly offensive including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity and don't indulge in abusive or harassing behavior or personal attacks.
